Opportunities to view and discuss study books and work books used in our tuition sessions and our large collection of other recommended books that are available to purchase. With a wealth of books available to support children's learning as well as preparation for the 11 Plus exam, parents have difficulty in identifying appropriate materials to purchase. It is not unusual for large sums of money to be spent on books that are not always the best options for their children - who may already possess the knowledge and skills that are covered. Some books are also much better than others in supporting the development of key concepts/skills. It is the quality of the books, and their suitabilty for the purpose, that is important. |
